You mean the county jail like in Mayberry? Aunt Bee would cook all her meals and decorate with chintz curtains and matching bedspread? She'd play checkers with Barney, discuss fashions with Thelma Lou, teach Opie the meaning of life, and swap family stories with Andy.

Gee, I wouldn't mind going to the Mayberry county jail.

A woman was killed there, there should be some kind of justice for her.  I don't watch Jenner's show, nor her stepdaughters' show, has there been any mention or regret?

I do not think the Kardashian clan "regrets" anything, Everything is for the cameras (I have NEVER watched any of their shows, get enough of them just on the news shows.)

NO OFFENSE to those that are fans, I just don"t "get" the attraction, I don"t "get" what the are known for.

It's pathetic that people with money can get away with any crime, especially manslaughter, murder, etc.

ITA,  @Bestdressed,    this was a chain reaction accident. The first car, a Prius, was traveling too slowly on PCH (driver had suspended license);  the  Prius  was rear-ended by the Lexus driven by the woman who died as her car swerved head-on into the path of an oncoming Hummer . Jenner rear-ended the Lexus. S/he was driving at an unsafe speed for the conditions that day plus towing a trailer (added weight affected braking)   [ CA traffic code 21703 The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of, the roadway. ]

this could happen to anyone. there is some rule like one car length distance for safe a safe stop. i think there was dense fog that day which didnt help.

Re: Jenner Accident/Vehicular Manslaughter

many years ago my friend was killed instantly by a driver who came through a red light at a high rate of speed and since he was an illegal with no insurance or assets there was no fine to pay and definitely not even a mention of jail. He was not a drunk driver either. I saw the whole thing as I was following my friend's car and saw the car barrel through the intersection and hit her broadside and her car flew off the road like a projectile that's how fast he was driving. I always felt like there was no justice for her. Jenner's accident was a  horrible tragedy too but I don't see the same level of negligence as in my friend's accident where there was no accountability..

I am sorry,  So sad, even worse that you witnessed it, Just because he was an illegal, they did not take him to jail?  I do not understand this, Illegals are arrested and taken to jail all the time in my state.

I am meaning to be cute & funny- how about a blinged out ankle bracelet?  Why should she/he be any different if time is served?  Aren't there already both women that are butch and men that are cross dressers in prisons?  I'm sorry but celebrities aren't any diffferent than us peasant people, Oh yeah he's part Kardashian..

He's NOT part Kardashian, as he has no Kardashian blood in him. But the smartest thing he did financially was marrying into the K klan. Now he's  laughing all the way to the bank. In his case, there's no such thing as bad publicity.
