Jaw Pain

Please, before anyone responds this is not the place to ask medical advise and I should go to a medical professional....I am but cannot get in until Monday. In the meantime, thought maybe someone has had a similar experience.

Past few week, I have had a dull aching feeling around my lower right jaw area. It does not hurt, just aches. When chewing or yawning there is a sandpaper/grinding like sound. I can chew ok, no problems there. A month ago had a crown done in that area.

Any thoughts or feedback appreciated.
