Japan Earthquake Disaster

Does anyone have family in Japan that has been affected by the recent earthquake??? My niece is at Misawa Air Base. They lost electricity when it hit. In the dark and miserable!!! Temps are sub-zero at night too. She has three kids and is pregnant with twins!!! Hoping things will improve soon.
