That is a disappointment.  I really liked Jacque.  She is such a sweet woman.  I met her at Beauty Bash many years ago and spoke with her for 5 to 10 minutes.  She is kind and gracious and even prettier in person.

It may be a "mundane" job, but she made a lot of money.  Many jobs are mundane and people make a fraction of what the hosts make. 

My job can be super mundane calling on Dr.'s trying to get 5 minutes with them at a lunch.  

For the money they make, I'd do that mundane job in a heartbeat.  But, money isn't everything if one isn't happy.

JMHO but I can't imagine her doing a show today after she was told it was her last day on the job. Companies don't usually tell their employees that they are being let go and then expect them to go back and do their jobs. Now, they may have told her a couple weeks ago and said to finish up her schedule and today would be her last day, who knows? 

Since she made a new FB page and posted a link to it and already has thousands of followers, seems like this was not done at the last minute, When Dave James left, he was on air one day and said he would be filling in for Pat the next 2 weeks while she was on vacation, then Poof! he never came back on and was gone.

She took a lot of time off for medical issues, then acted weird when she returned. I guess if she keeps everybody up to date on her future endeavors we'll have a sense of whether she was planning this for months on her own and dropped it last minute on them. 

In any case, makes no difference to me. I have no attachments to any television hosts. I prefer they just sell their wares and get off social media. I don't need to know about their personal lives if I'm interested in buying something.

I find it very strange that her picture is still on the host page.  If my memory serves me correctly, Albany's photo was gone almost immediately.  Hmm.
