@Danky2 What happened?
Hi.....they returned my call and said they were very interested. I was not going to be home when they said they could come and I had Larry, the "farm hand" , see them.
They wanted to see where the hens laid, see what kind of set up we had for them,
make sure no wild birds could get to them, no rats and ,then , wanted us to prove to them that the land was organic. Larry said he had nothing for them but I would call when I got home....that was it for me ! All I wanted to do was to see that the eggs would be used.....they have almost an acre of land, the top is covered, their is an electric fence, Larry keeps it EXCEPTIONALLY clean and , in the very beginning about 25 years ago, there was 1 rat. He cleans them twice a day. So, I said No thank you and the woman was very upset and called me back about 4 times.

They would not take them without the mess described above. If someone said they made them sick, WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED,I wasn'in the mood.
Children are no longer allowed to bring wrap from manufacturers to school....they won't take the eggs either.

I have two packages of bagels from Costco in my freezer. If you've had the Costco brand, how do they compare to the Just Bagels QVC sells?
@shy bobcat, years ago the bagels that my Costco sold came in the Einstein Bros. Bagels sleeves. I haven't tried them since they are now in plain sleeves though they look similar. I enjoy Einstein's bagels but no longer make it to one of their actual locations since post pandemic their short hours have shortened even more. Occasionally I can find their plain bagels available at WalMart. A sleeve of five runs around $5. I enjoy these bagels as much as the Just Bagels.
I'm very fortunate that I have both an Einstein Bros. and a Bruegger's Bagel chain near me. I prefer Bruegger's because of more variety of bagel flavors, more variety of sandwiches, more variety of cream cheese flavors and slightly lower prices. They too have shortened their hours so I also don't go there often anymore.
Vast areas of this country don't have the same availability to certain food items that others can enjoy with a simple stroll down the street or quick road trip. Mail order is their option. Yes, a higher price is involved.
But compared to other mail order options for many food items QVC's prices are lower especially when a TSV is offered.

I haven't tried the Costco brand but now buy BJ's.
I've purchased Just Bagels in the past and they are good. No question there. I purchased on auto delivery, when they were in the $30+ range, but stopped when auto delivery was late and ended up coming within a few days of the next auto delivery. I didn't have room for 48 bagels so I cancelled auto delivery. Then the prices went into the $40+ range and I stopped buying them altogether.
When I get/got the bagels I put them into separate plastic bags so that I can squeeze them into spaces in the freezer rather than taking up a big spot so the Just Bagels got mixed up with the BJ's bagels. I reached a point where I had none left and realized that as I used them up I could not tell the diffeence between the Just Bagels and the BJ's bagels so now only buy the BJ's brand AND pay less fo them. They are the same size and I see no difference in the taste. Also, I always buy the plain so that I can make them any flavor I want. I just add everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon, onion, etc.
This is my personal opinion and sorry that I made this so wordy. :-)

Those bagels are not cheap...I would call CS and insist upon a refund. The smell of the onion and garlic was probably so strong since they had been wrapped up for so long. I am glad I didn't order them.
