What do you think of JCPenney's new strategy to "Everyday Low Pricing" they started eariler this month? I've been along time shopper with JCP's and personally, I don't like their new pricing strategy. They don't have the sales & coupons like they use to. I don't see how they are going to make more sales. If it's not broke, don't fix it. {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
