It appears that the IT gremlins were fooling around with this again.  

The short answer is no, they are not the same.

This is how it works on my Edge browser this morning:

Currently use the drop-down "channel" choice and click on QVC2.  BUT the first time you do this, it just re-shows you the items from the regular QVC.  You have to do it a second time to see the Q2 results. 

Go figure.
