It's hard not to buy junk

It's hard not to buy stuff/junk isn't it? I was thinking about my post about the T3 hairdryer. I like it, when they quit about every 3 years I buy another one. I don't waste time looking for another brand, trying it out, not liking it, giving it away and buying another one.

I don't buy a lot of makeup any more for basically the same reason. I don't order shoes because they mostly don't fit. I buy a lot of Talbots clothes because they have reasonable prices for the most part, great sales, the sizing is consistent and they have a wide range of fits, it is in ONE store, and the clothes last a good while.

I am much happier buying better things and not so many things. I wish I had figured that out a long time ago!!! I like to read books. . . I like it more than standing in some store looking at hairdryers! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
