It's crying time

[ Edited ]

1) My sister's birthday. She's already cried once and probably will a few more times today (we're an emotional family Woman Frustrated-

2) I've cried. No particular reason, although the fact I've been dealing with a chronic health condition for the last 5 year is starting to get me down. I might cry once or twice more today.

Husband hasn't cried--yet. He's not much of a crier; but he might let loose just this once.

Last night I cried during NCIS - a character died on the show because the actor passed away. They did a nice  tribute to him.

@GoneButNotForgotten Sometimes there is nothing more satisfying than a GOOD cry!! Such a release of emotion is good for the soul!!!🥰 I empathize with you regarding your health today because we can easily become overwhelmed.🤗 I hope by you feel just a little better after allowing yourself to let it out!❤

I understand crying over a difficult health issue but why tears over a birthday?

If the crying was able to release the stress you are feeling, then it may be a positive thing for you.
