@Kachina624 I was just going to post that it was 73 here in North Georgia. But in 2 months we will be moaning and groaning about 90+ degree heat with a heat index of 100. And it could go on until mid to late Oct. Pick your poison.

@Goodie2shoes, I'm in St. Louis too - and not happy about the cold and snow! Hopefully all of the flowering trees and perennials will survive the cold temps tonight!

We have some areas of snow out there right now. At midnight, there was more. I don't know if we have an early winter for this season, or an extention of the last winter season. LOL

Tulsa got the snow. My sister was out running errands. Then all of a sudden it was snowing hard.

@Goodie2shoes My brother and I were in south Florida yesterday visiting our mother and it was in the 80s & 90s...very warm & humid. We went to the beach on Sunday and it was gorgeous!

However yesterday we both were heading home. Me to the Philadelphia suburbs with weather in the upper 60s as I arrived at the airport, and my brother arriving in St. Louis which he had been warned about the cold & snow!

Well it's going to be cold here so I hope he dressed warm. The snow is not sticking, roads are to warm says the weatherman so here's to him having a safe trip

Thank you! All went well...he got to drive close to the Arch and stayed at the Drury that someone recommended. Excellent hotel!
