Hi ShowMe! Thanks for the post; and the same back to you. Hope your Thanksgiving is wonderful. Off topic, I haven't 'seen' scottie around lately. She usually starts a thread about The Voice and have been missing her since a shout out thread a little ago.

Hope she's ok and just busy doing the holiday 'thing'.

Maybe she is taking a break again. She does this...... Someone on the discussion thread said she is posting with a different nic, but I don't believe that.......scottie is scottie.....

I never object if a thread I start goes off topic. After all, if you wish to connect with someone and you see them posting on any thread I have started, I would hope you would feel comfortable posting to that person. May be the only place you will see that person posting for the day.

I do know scottie gets quite involved with the shoebox gifts at this time of the year. Those are things for the needy...... She has a very good heart.

Thanks, ShowMe for the info. Perhaps she did take a break. I forgot about the Shoebox gifts thing, so that could be it plus the holiday tomorrow.

If you turn FOX news on right now, you will see how much snow we are having. It is covering everything, and really very white out there.......

It was in the background of an interview of the woman's whose bakery was burned down......

And, it wasn't (snow) supposed to be sticking like it is.......

Wow, just came in from outside; DH is snow blowing. It's supposed to keep on snowing through later in the night.

I just hope my son can make it home from work as he doesn't get off until 11:30 pm.

I wish we had snow. We have nothing but cold.

Sunday it's supposed to be 55 and more rain. So sick of the rain.

Well, if it keeps up like it is right now, I will be hearing the snow plow outside some time later......

PS......here's hoping your son makes it home safe and sound. Maybe there won't be too many out on the road at that time.......
