lol, mom,

----our rain gauge is all cloudy and hard to read.

I Wanted to go buy a new one this morning, but mr henny reminded me this is a one shot deal and we are heading back into the eighties.

It's pretty cool here, had to break out the heavy robe with long sleeves this morning. DH asked if I wanted him to take down the industrial fan I have in the living room, and I said NO!!!!!! I'll just need it again this coming weekend {#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

Hennala I'm SO HAPPY it rained for you, and for the others posting here! It's so hard to imagine a year without rain.

Right now as we speak the rain is pouring down like crazy. We take such simple things for granted, don't we? If I had the power, I'd push the rain westward directly to those who desperately need it.

October, 2014 rainfall in Seattle: 6.75 inches. I think the year's total is a little over 13 inches. It's been an exceptionally wet year, but one of the driest summers on record.
