I've been getting my orders very fast with shipping in 2-3 days and hopefully they'll come from Ontario warehouse, which means I'll have them about 3 days later.  UPS has been delivering many and they've stepped up their game.

When UPS is handling delivery I feel much more confident.  When my tracking says that they handed it off to USPS, my heart sinks, and all bets are off (at least in my area).

I have had an order, NOT QVC, sitting in Utah for 18 days.  I just got my notice that USPS will deliver on Mon. 22nd.  It is just a Christmas CD, nothing special.  All my UPS and FedX orders have been delivered in 2-3 days.  Sad the mail has gotten so bad.  Hope everyone else gets their stuff delivered before Christmas.  Thankful I am done ordering anything until after the new year!

The last thing I ordered was supposedly in stock and it took 6 days before it even shipped. I think that is ridiculous. Then it was handed off to USPS, which we all know what that means. I've been shopping with QVC since 1993 but they definitely need to catch up with the times. There are things I've wanted but needed in about a week or so, so I went elsewhere to buy.  They are too, too slow. I can't chance it when I need it by a certain time.

@Kachina624   Well you are lucky.  I have had somethings ship in a reasonable time but not lately.   If it is this bad now , What will happen in a few weeks?  Ordering as much as I can from other places that Iknow I will get fast.

Most things I've ordered recently has met the 7-10 promise, but most if not all have taken 10 days. At this time, Walmart for instance, I get a one day delivery still. Most others 3-5 days. I have ordered things from the Q that have taken so long I completely forgot about them when they do arrive. Some, from both HSN and the Q, I've called thinking I must not have ordered it.

Even when this shipping supply is over, the Q needs to update their 7-10 day policy. It's antiquated; it's the 21st Century.

I've been fortunate to receive the Q's shipments in a timely manner.  Of course, there's been a few exceptions on B/O'd items but nothing recently.

Amazing shipping "sometimes" and other times not great!

I think QVC is running out of excuses thank goodness the media pounds all the "doom & gloom" about shipping, travel nightmares (which I hadn't experienced on my last trip), food prices, cost increase (shocked today at food store), gas prices, Covid, no workers, etc.

This helps their excuses Or QVC would have a lot more unhappy customers😉
