@drizzellla Thanks!  My son is coming (soon I hope!) from Princeton and we will go to the local shopping center.  I really was surprised to see the snow this morning but then I had not been watching the weather.

My husband just came home. He explained why he thought driving was bad. He was on Bristol Road. The light turned red. He stopped the car behind him didn't. The car behind him went into a small ditch then contined on to someone's lawn and took out a hedge.

I am sure your son will take good care of his precious passenger. And you will get all your erands done. And hope you also have a wonderful Christmas with your family.

@drizzellla We are back and all is well!  I got everything that I needed to and the parking lots were a bit crazy but I'm sure it's even worse now.  Such a relief to have that chore done with!

Thank goodness that car didn't go into your husband's! I hope that driver is okay.

Nothing but sun today in the sunbelt.  I'd take either rain or snow as we've not had a drop off either since mid-November.

@bmorechick  I'm on the western side.  I assumed the rest of the state  didn't get anything.  It's clear and most of the snow is gone by now.  But it was nice to see it. Very cold though.

Hubs and I can't go to our relatives get-together tonight.  If feels like a darn head cold. My husband who is still getting over his, says he thinks it is Covid. I don't.  Anyway, we're staying in tonight.

By the way looking outside, all our lawns are green again.  the only snow is where the plows went by.  That's not much.  MI

Lucky lucky you. It's in the mid-60s and balmy here. I never expected snow for Christmas but my goodness it could at least be 30° colder

Rained all last night here where I live in CA.  We were supposed to get rain all night and this morning but it stopped by 7:00.  The Atmospheric River that was supposed to hit the Bay Area so far hasn't been all that bad where I am.  May be heavier north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
