Is this something new/ordering online???

Just clicked on an item in being showed in the current show, and I got this message:

"The product you requested cannot be ordered from QVC via the Internet. It is, however, available for order by phone. Please call 1-888-345-5788 to order."

I've never encountered this message before. Anyone else experience this?
