Is there a problem with Rakuten website today ???.

Has anyone else had problems accessing Rakuten website?

 

I get the first page with the top cashback companies and,then my iPad throws me back to my Home Screen.

It seems to be working for me but I am using a desktop.  It could be something going on with the safari browser.
