At the risk of jinxing myself, I was sure it was fixed today. I've been on and off of the site for the past several hours and it's been fine every time.

I don't know if you are being sarcastic or if you haven't been around for 5-6 days. Because even if it wasn't affecting you, you could not have missed the never-ending threads about this site being messed up.

Maybe QVC needs to make access here part of a monthly subscription fee. Then all these concerns would be valid, but until then, this is struggling company trying to survive.

While I agree the gashing of teeth has become overdone, so have the sanctimonious criticisms of those who are perhaps a bit too upset by it all. There's no denying it is annoying or that it shouldn't take this long to correct. Frankly, nor should it have taken 'a ticket' to advise IT of the problem. All that said, it is what it is. QVC has never been known to foster IT 'stars'.

@beckyb1012 You do have to wonder. As has been said, the forums are not likely any kind of priority for them, but it wouldn't seem to require this long to correct the problem, even if addressed as an afterthought. I believe they seem to derive some benefit from these forums are they wouldn't keep them. As for whether or not we pay for them, some might suggest we do, indirectly, with high product and shipping cost and actually, every time we place an order.
