At the risk of jinxing myself, I was sure it was fixed today. I've been on and off of the site for the past several hours and it's been fine every time.

I agree with you.  Her life doesn't revolve around these message boards but she has time to read them.

While I agree the gashing of teeth has become overdone, so have the sanctimonious criticisms of those who are perhaps a bit too upset by it all. There's no denying it is annoying or that it shouldn't take this long to correct. Frankly, nor should it have taken 'a ticket' to advise IT of the problem. All that said, it is what it is. QVC has never been known to foster IT 'stars'.

@beckyb1012  You do have to wonder. As has been said, the forums are not likely any kind of priority for them, but it wouldn't seem to require this long to correct the problem, even if addressed as an afterthought. I believe they seem to derive some benefit from these forums are they wouldn't keep them. As for whether or not we pay for them, some might suggest we do, indirectly, with high product and shipping cost and actually, every time we place an order.

You're right.   "Is it worth it every day!"

I just spend 15-20 min on the phone with QVC Customer Svc.  and bless her heart, she stuck with me, trying this or that, in attempts to find out what's going on, to no avail.
