get an AOL email......or create an alternate email with your internet service provider. it is very easy to do and there are other ways to sign up for emails including yahoo and protonmail and more.....

i think i have at least a dozen emails for different things.....personal, business, junk, boards, social media, etc.....

I only have one personal email address and one from work, dont want to give them either, so where does that leave me? Dont do any other social media at all.

@tiny 2 I understand what @manny2 is saying. I would prefer not to know who the moderators are. That should be a secret. If it's possible for the moderators to use another name while moderating and continue using their regular nicks for Posting, that would be much better.

@Sage04First you have no idea how many forums I post on, and that has nothing to do with what I said. Moderators should not post period. Focus on my post and less on your agenda. That will serve you well when you move to the other board.

My DH has a couple of extra email addresses, I could use one of his, thanks. Still not signed up, may just take a break for a while after 19 years.

@aroc3435Even if they did post a recipe that is quiet different then posting their views. It's and apples and oranges comparison.

I am sorry to hear about your significant other. It's not easy on anyone when you get that diagnosis. My thoughts and prayers are with both of you.

@manny2, I was the one that made the comment about other forums. I really don't have an agenda but it is very common that moderators post and communicate with members. I do hope that you will give it a try though.

@SunValley @BalletBabe I'm checking in here and Lord knows how, but I got myself over to the other site, too. I'm definitely not one to ask about a map to the new site. I do think that's why the "word" is being spread on all forums.
