Is it just ME?......

As many of you know I am a breast cancer survivor. I've had recurrences. Yesterday there was a thread that talked about threads they would not open. Also, as many know, I am a strong supporter of people with any kind of cancer and their caregivers. That said....

Posters said they would not open sickness threads. That is OK with me. We all have the right to read what we want to read. However, I was told that I wear my breast cancer like a badge of honor. I was deeply hurt by that. I only try to support and encourage those faced with this disease of cancer. I surely wish cancer had never came to me, but it did. Three times. I need the support of other cancer patients. It helps me to go on living with the fear we face each day.

If I appear to define myself by breast cancer I am truly sorry, but I will continue to support and encourage those with cancer and benefit myself and others as well. {#emotions_dlg.wub}
