I think the term 'stud muffin' is much more appropriate.

Just introduce him by his name...........it's better to keep them guessing and besides it's really none of their business...........

I, personally, never feel the need to explain to people the relationship between myself and the person I am introducing......even when I introduce DH it is "I would like you to meet John Danky" .
