Is anyone using Bamboo products?

I have some spoons for cooking.......a bamboo cutting board that is for fruit and veggies and a teak one for cutting other things. I also have a Bamboo ladle. I really like them. They are saying to use mineral oil to help keep the boards moist but mineral oil has alcohol in it so I would not use food items coating with mineral oil.
