Is anyone having trouble with sound

I go to watch a presentation of an item and there is no sound.

Funny you mention this.  Over the past half hour, I tried to view two online videos.  On one, I couldn't get the sound at all.  In the other video, it worked fine!

I reported during the weekend that if I played a video presentation on my Android phone, ipad app, or multiple browsers, it would play for about 30 seconds and then go black but still had sound. I tried multiple products.
