I've returend at least 3-4 items and that was last month about 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see my account credited. I've called customer service numerous times and they said the warehouse is behind with checking in the returns. What's going on with QVC? It's not like they are Amazon. It's almost like the quality of the company has gone down hill since they purchased HSN. Something is not right. It's like they can't keep up with all the channels they are on. I want my money back!

@wrenzee That problem has been happening for a while now. If you have the tracking information for the return that shows it was delivered, call CS and ask to speak to a supervisor. They should be able to take care of it for you. You may need to call more than once, since some CS reps are more helpful than others. Good luck!

YES! I have something returned easily a month, probably more like 6 weeks, ago that has not been credited yet. No excuse for this!

@wrenzee. Email the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, including order numbers, and ask them to check on your returns.

Thank you for the advice, but I have called many times. I've talked to people in charge and all they can tell me is the warehouse is behind in checking in the returns. They must not be able to get the help they need. I've never had this problem before until last month. Plus, I've learned my lesson as far as returning something for a different size. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard a thing about my return. All CS can tell me is they are back logged on the returns which means they still haven't gotten to my return order for a different size. I'll never return an item again for a different size. The hosts make it sound like all you have to do is send the wrong size back and BEHOLD! You'll be sent the size you requested with no problem and with no charge. I did read one review that took this person over two months to get a different size. I don't know if this is the "norm" or what, but I'm just about done with QVC.....at least I won't be shopping with them like I used to. There's too many other good stores out there with great sale prices. Everyone is in competition so I know I can purchase things elsewhere at a decent price.....just no easy pays which I don't use anyway.

Do what @Kachina624 suggested and email the mods, @wrenzee. They are very helpful in a situation like this.
OTOH, getting a refund has never been a speedy process with QVC.

Yes, I have always been very careful about what I order because I hate the hassle of returns but I am extremely careful now. It definitely takes about three weeks or longer to receive a credit.
Several weeks ago I did something that I have never done before, It was an IT Cosmetics TSV and I ordered in two different shades. I was not sure which shade would work for me. The hosts kept stressing about if you do not purchase the right shade how you could exchange it for the right shade, but I knew that it would be a month long process or longer, and I did not want to be bothered. Hence I tried both shades and returned the one that did not work for me.

This works for me,Email them about the return, tell them you've been tracking it and it arrived at it's destination on such a date and you want your account credited. Now, there is a record and you will get your refund PDQ.
