Re: Is Your Glass Half Empty or Full?

What would make my glass runneth over would be if we could finally squash this virus so that @bikerbabe  and others on the front line (medical, essential services) could fill her/their professional glasses.

What a lovely and excellent post.  These are things we need to remember every day.

My glass is full now, but not optimistic about the future.

@Foxxee I worry that our glass is going to shrink a lot soon.

Re: Is Your Glass Half Empty or Full?

This has always been something I have pondered...is my glass half full? Or half empty?

Until I read a quote by someone; I can't remember who right now. Who said: I'm happy to have a glass.  So that is me, I am happy to have a glass.

Look up, or look down.  Where you look is where you'll be.

@gertrudecloset, I look at mine as half empty, it's gotten that way over an extended period of time because of negative life experiences over the years that wore me down & shaped who I am. I am currently actively working with a therapist to learn how to think more positively & concentrate on the good, don't concentrate so much on the negative.
