Is This a Reasonable Price? (Home vinyl siding)

Hi,

We got a quote on vinyl siding our house. We have a one story Bungalow and want to do siding, new porch floor (not wood) the stuff that does not rot and we need some work done on the window upstairs outside around the window the wood needs to be replaced. Our quote was $10,000. Its not from a company its from a contractor that works for himself.I don't have a clue if this is a good price or not.
