Is There Really a Reason For Networks To Have Names Anymore?

Maybe they should all go by numbers, since:

The Learning Channel has nothing to do with learning anymore

MTV doesn't bother airing music videos most of the time...neither does VH1

A&E has nothing to do with arts or entertainment anymore

and ABC Family is airing "Coyote Ugly" in a half hour...after "Burlesque" is over {#emotions_dlg.confused1} I don't know about you, but I'm not gathering the family to watch either movie.

Seriously...at least Court TV had the decency to change the name of the station before they ruined their programming.
