Is Jill leaving???

I just turned on the tv and caught the last comment of a caller which said: "Good luck to you Jill" and Jill responded "Oh, thank you..." WHAT DID I MISS? IS SHE LEAVING OR WHAT? I hope not. Anyone else hear the conversation before that?
