Is It My Computer or Is It this Website?!!!

I've noticed a lot of double/triple posts in the last few months. Often when I hit the submit button, it won't go through. If you hit submit again, then you get a double post. Usually I just shut down my browser and come back. Sometimes it has gone through; sometimes not. What's up????? If it's the website, why don't they fix it?
