Is Harry around?

OK, I haven't been following every word of the Kate, William and new baby story, but I haven't seen anything about William's brother Harry being around. After all, the's the baby's uncle, and I would think he would be present to be with the family. Have I just missed something?

(It's so sad that Diana isn't here to join in the happy time.)
