Anyone else haveing problems with Candy Crush not loading after the update yesterday 1-10-17? Mine loaded earlier last night but later it never would load. I looked online & a lot of people are having problems after the update. Need to go get my iPad to see if it's working this morning.
Just checked mine & it's still not working. I click on Candy Crush & it goes to the orange loading screen & flashes right back to the home screen. Wonder when they will fix this? Guess I will go see if any news is on their FB page. This is on their FB page this morning 11:10 AM on 1-11-17 posted 5 hrs ago.
Thank you for your feedback on the Fan Page. Some of our players are having difficulties playing Candy Crush Saga at this time. Rest assured, we're looking into this issue right now to find a solution as soon as possible. We’ll keep you updated, so stay tuned for further updates!

I have the iPad 2nd generation and have issues playing games. Several posters in electronics provided suggestions on what to delete and how to prepare for games. I like to play Candy Crush, Pet rescue and Farm Heroes. I still have issues with the games stalling, the orange screen loading but flashes back to the home screen . I play the free games and never spend money for extras. Plus another separate issue: with QVC- screen rolls up and down. SouthernBee

When I'm stuck, I have better results when I don't do the 'suggested' moves.
My cat used to watch the screen while I played, but since he passed couple yrs ago, I haven't picked it up. Might have to revisit!
@sidsmomYes, there is a skill. You need to be able to figure out how to make the bombs, striped candy and wrapped candy. There are also some strategies that help such as which parts of the board to concentrate on. It depends on the game #.

@sunshine 919Candy Crush is a free game. You don't have to spend a cent. The people that are paying are just paying for helpers that you can actually earn for free if desired. Paying is the easier way to get helpers to advance to the next level. I am only on level four hundred something (can't remember exact number) and I haven't paid a cent.

I've been playing several games for a long time, including Candy Crush. And I've never paid a cent either.

I paid a little bit when I first started Candy Crush. I figured 99 cents a month wasn't a big deal for some enjoyment. They didn't always have a Daily Booster Wheel to help out, which really is a necessity, and I didn't have any "friends" to assist until they started the Chat sidebar. Once those two features were in place, I no longer needed to pay,
