They seem to be having the same issues as QVC.

@rms1954. They are both undergoing changes, upgrades, new adaptations.

I've had trouble on HSN. I haven't been able to log in or check out online for at least 6 months.

Yes, similar issues as they are also undergoing some internet upgrades and changes. The APP is also touch & go right now.

I wouldn't be surprised if problems being experienced across the board are due to the start of integration of the two separate technologies and systems.
Considering the size of layoffs at HSN, IT for QXH will likely be handled now by the team at QVC.
