Interesting order placing issue

So I went to place an order for two of the SG tunic tops that are on clearance.  I placed them both on the same order.  I got a notice that they could not be shipped to my location!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm in the mid-Atlantic area!!!!!!!!!!  Anyway, I decided to order them as two separate orders and each one went through!  Weird!!!!!

@Krimpette @Here's the bigger problem. If you are kind enough to notify QVC about this problem the IT will never fix it unless instructed to do so. The problem will just continue. I wish the top level of management could be made aware of what is going on and assign someone or a team to field reports of these types of problems and give this person or team of persons the authority to remedy these situations.

@Krimpette That has happened to me and what is means it is sold out.

@Pecky Right now it's showing both orders in process.  Time will tell.

@Krimpette That has happened to me several times.  And like a previous poster, it meant for me, each time, that the item was sold out.  Glad yours went through.  But if the item is sold out, why doesn't it just say that?
