Interesting Sign on a Local Barber Shop

I was walking down Main Street in Newark, Delaware, today and passed a barber shop that was only open for appointments.  The sign said "Self-Service Haircuts Half Price."   I have never seen anything like this.  Has anyone else come across this in their towns?

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

it's an attempt at humor.

It might have been a joke, but there were no customers, unlike the barber shop a few doors down.

Re: Interesting Sign on a Local Barber Shop

Think it was a joke! Out here on the West Coast this is  not a joke many of our hair salons and barber shops that had to close due to the Virus have signs posted and they are doubling the cost of haircuts to make up for their time loss.  I could see a small increase but, needless to say many will lose their customers and could very well end up having to close.  I'm sorry this happened but feel it isn't up to the customers to bring back the money you lost.
