Integrity Testing at Work

We received a memo at work that says the administration will be starting Integrity Testing where they place hidden cameras around and plant an object which is intentionally meant to temp an employee to steal it. Then they will fire you and prosecute you as well. This of course is legal except they can't put a camera in a bathroom. Does anyone else have this at their job?
