I had a HSA once and I used it to pay for a crown on my tooth.  Anyway, I paid thru my HSA and it was accepted.  Soon thereafter, I got a letter stating my account had been frozen until I provided them a receipt.  I gave them the receipt and then they wanted more information.  I was never able to get the account unfrozen and ended up losing  $700 because I could never access it .  I feel everyone’s HSA pain.  Lol
