I don't use social media. I have decided to consider the source -- they are just a big impersonal company and couldn't care less. I will continue to use their service for now and if it gets worse, I will quit. I know I haven't done anything wrong. They don't see their customers are "real" people.

This company is actually the only one around for me and the cheapest and that is why I chose them. We used to go to the store before the pandemic.

Shopping this way is supposed to save you time and energy and I have found that this is definitely not always the case. It does have it's advantages but it's far from perfect. I sure found that out!

I know people are busy but shopping is their job and what they are getting paid to do! I know a lot of times the shoppers we get are doing exactly what you say --- they are filling multiple orders at the same time --- and orders get mixed up --- and they try and hurry too much.
I specifically state in my instructions when I order applicable products --- Please check expiration dates and get the longest available dates! At times they do not and products expire within a few days.
Also, we are watching the map as to where they are in shopping and where they are geographially and when they should arrive and then they take detours and they don't arrive until much, much later!

I try to be as concise and as pleasant as possible! Sometimes the shopper is the same and sometimes not. A lot of times you can tell they follow the instructions and at other times, they just seem to do what they want and disregard what you want.

Thank you for your reply. I have done and I do everything that you have printed in "green." And I am getting reprimanded for doing so! I want people to know who are reading and/or posting to my post that I have made very few complaints to this company and the ones I have made were justified. The company has always responded and given me credit for things for the most part, so I give them credit for this. If at the time of my complaint, they felt it was unfounded, why did they not say so at the time??? But, no, instead, I get this snarky so-called "computer generated form e-mail."

I used to shop at their store but haven't since the pandemic because of health reasons. I thought I had read all the fine print concerning the company but I guess I missed the part about the not honoring "sales" prices in the flyers. And another thing --- when I e-mailed the company and got a representative, why did they simply not tell me --- Madam, we do not honor sales prices in the flyer??? Case over, period. This is not my only issue with this company, believe me.

I do all that I can to have a successful shopping on-line experience. I can't do their job for them! I shouldn't be blamed for them falling short. Nobody is perfect and I accept that, but when it becomes the norm and not the exception, then that is the problem.

I always did my OWN shopping and never did on-line food shopping until the pandemic and only then because of health issues. I don't expect perfection, but I don't think it's too much to ask for someone to follow simple instructions. I mean, it's not brain surgery! And as stated, it's not a free service, it costs enough!!!!
