I'm in Pa. and got mine around 7:30 a.m. ET. Hasn't been accurate lately, though, I must say.

Got my notice around 7:30am as usual but couldn't sign on to the web site and there was no red banner. Also got the email that my mail was delivered.

I got my informed delivery notice about 7:30 am...I still have to go to the post office..since my mailbox was knocked down again!
