I ordered 2 men's wallets with RFID. Pricier than I would normally spend. Beem In Process and wallets no longer available. QVC ships off shore non priority here at almost double the rate. No choice. Now I'm wondering if EDD means anything.

Five days and counting. Items I ordered after have been shipped, but Four still in process. Plus they came out with the personal Kruig single 10 dollars cheaper than what I am paying on my 5EP just a different item number. I am going to complain. Unlike Amazon, they will do nothing to satisfy a customer.

I bought several items on the 6th....all of them arrived but one....which was still sitting In Process....I called c.s. and asked what the hold up was...and she said she would send an e-mail to release it...and a short time later it showed shipped...now how it will take to get here is another story....

I actually had a very pleasant experience with Q. After reading so many others' problems, I dreaded connecting with the right person. I emailed and also contacted by phone. My dillema was solved immediately.

My order has said "In Process" for six days now. If they did send it out, I would like to know when to expect it. With all the news of people following UPS trucks and stealing deliveries, I want to know when UPS delivery is scheduled. Expected delivery date on mine shows 12/15. If it has not shiped yet, that delivery date seems pretty unlikely.

My order has been In Process since Monday. I tried to call Customer service today and they have a wait time of more than 5 minutes.

I just got though to a confused CS. Woman said don't worry, it'll be there by Christmas even though it's still in process and qvc ships off shore non priority which takes longer.

I just tried to sign in to order status and it would not take my password. I KNOW I typed in the correct password - I redid it three times in case I made a typo but I know I did not. Had to call customer service to reset so I wonder exactly what will happen now.

After being told by customer service that my gift wallets would be shipped this week, this weekend I found the wallets were backordered. I canceled order.
