I ordered an item on 12-21 it has shown in process ever since, I've reached o to customer service to my wits end. I've gotten variations of "we will reach out to shipping department" and "contact us again in 4 days". I've been told the item s in stock and zero problems with my payment. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm getting no answer but I don't want to cancel since it was such a good deal for the product. Extremely frustrating having to contact CS several times a week

@rms1954.  Surely you know after reading p9sts for years, to whom you should refer someone with a serious order problem!!!
