Important do not run generators inside the house or garage

Another sad story here in PA from the storm. Near my daughters they just found an elderly man who passed away in his home and his wife still alive but rushed to the hospital. They had lost their power and their generator running IN their house and they got carbon monoxide poisoning. Yesterday they found a disabled (younger) woman in her home near here dead because the generator was in the garage. Generators can ONLY be put outside the home and everyone should have carbon monoxide detectors also. Also check on the elderly and disabled. They found an elderly woman OUTside in the storm, who passed away from hypothermia. All SO sad and uncalled for.
