This proabably won't stay up very long, but, I just feel compelled to say that I am tired of topics that concern all of us - the world we live in today, so to speak, being deleted by the mods. A thread (that was not political) that I commented on yesterday was taken down. It was merely a prayer for those under attack. That is a humanity issue, IMO.

It seems we are only allowed to discuss "frivolous" topics. As I am really not into those topics, I am saying goodbye to these boards.

Dogs are God's most perfect creatures. Angels here on earth to teach us to be better humans.

It was fine initially and could have remained so.

But rules were violated when overtly religious posts were made.

A thread that has been going for many years was taken out of Among Friends yesterday. I have no idea why this happened.

At this point I think they are just giving the posters a reason to stop posting so they can close the boards down JMO.

Have you joined mellygproboards? Many people from here post there. The board has pages of thoughts, information and generally good discussion on topics you really can't discuss here.

I don't visit a shopping venue forum to talk about world events, politics etc. I come here to escape and talk about shopping. And people post news events that are easily found elsewhere. Like celebrities deaths, school shootings, you name it. Why on earth would anyone want or need to see copied and pasted news on a shopping forum?! Frankly it has always surprised me that QVC even offers the Community Chat topic. It needs to be eliminated.

There's very little of any interest or value here beyond Community Chat and Movies, to me.

The boards needed to be reformulated to suit your desires? What arrogance.

I started a thread the other day. It was about our gas bill, it went up $300, almost double what we normally pay. That's pretty much all I posted, definitely not political and it's gone. I don't know what happened.
