If you tried Ancestry.com what is your opinion?

I started but had to go somewhere. When I came back to put in other information I saw something about complaints. Now I am wondering about them. I never got to my credit number. I had learned from a cousin a few years ago my grandfather who came from Russia had a store in Canada. I did see that someone with his name landed at Nova Scotia.

Any input would be appreciated and if I should continue signing up.
