The Calista Perfecter has been my favorite recent purchase. I can go from super curly to smooth in about 5 minutes. I need some volume at my crown and I need my bangs to lay a certain way. I can't get that look with a straightened or even the round brush.

I haven't bought anything from QVC for several years. I think the last thing was a Marc Charles Musilli can opener, because someone gave me a gift card.

I did buy some stuff from the Southern channel-mostly because I had free S&H or 15% off codes from the arcade games. I like the Taya hair care products.

My favorite QVC purchase of all time would be my Buttercup 6 qt, KA Stand Mixer, I like my Emeril electric pressure cooker, too.

My least favorite is Cook's Essentials nonstick pans. The finish didn't hold up, (Even with plastic utensils and hand-washing) I sent the whole set back, (per lifetime warranty) and got a new set. The new set is performing as poorly as the original set. I have replaced them with hard anodized aluminum, and cast iron.

Emeril 2-pc Forged Cutlery Set W/ Sharpener

I didn't return it & really wish I had. CHEAP knives (shame on QVC) but grat sharpener.

Most favorite (I ended up with a LOT) :

All of Isaac's essentials shirts. LOVE the quality, cut and colors! I bout several styles & these are my go to tees/shirts now.

Faves: Carol Hochmann Ditsy pajamas, Isaac tile sweater, Valerie patchwork ceramic birds.

Not faves: The Liz C. sweater which shrank to an unwearable size. I've returned many, many items because the size was not right, usually too big. I think I'll just stick with Carol, Isaac and Valerie.

Fun post. I finally jumped on the skinny tees bandwagon and I can honestly say that I wear one Every day!! I Absolutely love them under everything. My least favorite buy was expensive Strivectin neck cream...$80 for absolutely no improvement. I am sticking to Josie Maron....her Argon oil is another of my favorite purchases this month!!

My favorite purchases this year were the Barbara Bixby briolette hoop earrings, Philosophy hand made hand cream and other lemon custard items, and Isaac Mizrahi pajamas. I ended up coming back for more of all of those items.

I had great luck this year, only returning a few pairs of boots and a few clothing items for size. My least favorite was probably a Joan Rivers tank that I returned because it just didn't work for me, but looking back at my orders, there was almost nothing I didn't like.

The reviews were bad to mixed so I didn't buy them. Can I ask you why they work for you?

Favorite - my several pair of Vionic shoes, esp the blue ombre pair.

My leas favorite I guess was the only dud - the Sistema microwave rice cooker. Feh.

Thanks, everyone. It looks like there are lots of new items I should check out.

When I first joined this board, I was most interested in the shopping reviews. I like and trust the ones I read on this board, more than the ones that are posted for each individual product. Since I'm one of the ones who has had my negative reviews rejected when I tried to post something that I thought was helpful, as a product review, I'm kind of suspicious of those reviews.

Soo....my quick comments on the newest remarks...there are skinny tee lovers here. I didn't order the latest ones, that have the sparkles on them. I'm not opposed to that feature, but I have a good supply of them now, and I think the colors were duplicates of what I already have.

I didn't know that Peter Thomas Roth had a CC cream...but I'm still liking the IT product.

I do like some of my past purchases from Carol Hochman and Isaac....Just haven't bought any of their things recently.
