I'm constantly trying to interpret "click here" measurements and "is it knit or woven fabric" to discern my correct QVC size; I know what size I wear at Macy's and should have the same experience here.
Second: You must get serious about your s/h problem. You just have to. I abandon my cart constantly here at the Q when I'm faced with S/H charges of $15, $16, $20 to ship three sweaters or $9.50 recently to ship two pair of tights. Yes, $10 bucks to ship $25.00 worth of hosiery.
Three: Pick up the pace. We're all online shoppers these days used to clicking through 20 or more items in a few minutes. Here, you still spend 5-7 minutes on a product and with few exceptions still manage to tell us nothing about it!
Four: Rather than excoriate customer over returns, ask yourself why this is a happening. QVC has a billion-dollar returns business. That's a lot of dissatisfaction. Maybe instead of sending out "the letter" you might consider the quality of the products you ship? As any retailer knows, it's not about sales but rather about "sales that wear well." A billion dollars? Not so good.
Well said. And could they please have a TRUE clearance sale once in a while???
I always laugh when I check the clearance links here.

However, I would like more reduced shipping, OR, if you buy more than one beauty or fashion item, you get free shipping after the first one. For example, make up. I buy three different eyeshadows. Why do I have to pay shipping on each? Throw them all in the same bag and charge once.
No idea.
I haven't seen any company who is recording record earnings. 77million American adults are in collections and just today this was in the news.

Simple: make it about the merchandise not the host or vendor. Eliminate the dancing, preening, family stories, etc. Show and describe the merchandise. I cannot help but wonder if some the hosts' salaries are not effecting what customers are paying. QVC has to price the merchandise to pay for the overhead.

I'm happy to see so many responses to this thread. It appears that we agree totally on many of the points.

Less attention to social media and us all being friends. IMHO it is to hide the repetitive programs, products and hosts who seem to be paid by the word. 50/50 tour, the vendors are there for a reason to give information. If you don't want to let them speak then just have the hosts handle the entire presentation. At times it seems like a heavyweight fight as who can be the last mouth standing. I'm tired of computers, dyson, the same kitchen products over and over and over again. So many great designers gone. I don't want your hosts as my friends, I have my own. Provide me with variety, quality and something new.

More variety. Too much airtime to a small select group of vendors.

First off I would bring in a whole bunch of new vendors with products my customers would want to buy, I would offer tons of easy pay, free shipping and coupons to entice customer to buy and increase sales. And I would lower prices so everyone could afford to shop with my company. Last but not least I would revamp all my programming and bring back shows that were a big hit in the past with my customers.
