I agree that QVC doesn't seem unique anymore. It used to be homey and entertaining. I would watch to be entertained and end up buying things.

Another agreement is the shipping costs. Many times I go to pick up the phone and then by the time I calculate the shipping and tax, I put the phone down. It's just too costly.

I also agree I liked seeing things I couldn't get locally.

I also agree there is too much repetition. On the recent Irish Rose of Tralee show we had it dvr'd and fast fwd. There was practically nothing but sweaters.

It would also be nice to be able to get samples of some things. They could charge a small fee to try a couple of things. I would love to try some of the perfumes but of course don't want to chance bothering to send it back.

They also don't have enough variety in sizes. Few petites or talls and not enough wides or narrows for shoes. I realize this is a warehousing problem but other online shippers manage it.

I do also agree, that the clothing often times is geared towards the more "mature" woman. They could mix that up a bit.

I would like to see a rewards program, offered to all customers who want to sign up..not just their own credit card holders. If I could get points on everything I buy here, and apply those points toward future orders, I'd be a happy customer.

Id have more American products!

Id reduce shipping. (Their shipping is terrible and I know because DH sells stuff on ebay at times and I know the real price to mail things!!!!!!). and don't say it covers handling/packaging. We handle and package too but don't rip people off!

I wouldnt lie and say its (example) only 24.99. Id tell the truth with shipping and handling included when Id talk, because NO its not just 24.99, its way more with shipping and tax. (I know most people know this but I don't like lying).

Id expand to more products, especially for the guys and children. Not all women shop on QVC, men shop too. Plus women like to buy gifts for children (besides toys). And as far as men -women like to buy their guys clothing (and other things) not just electronics and ladders! Me, I am SO over sick of the over priced handbags, beauty products, and jewelry!

Lastly Id have products compatible with stores in pricing. For instance Im sick of the over priced clothing. I can get the same type of clothing here for 1/2 (or less) the price of Qs prices. Their clothing has become terribly over priced when we know its made overseas by workers who get paid CENTS an hour!

Make sure that all items ordered in a day would receive half or greatly reduced shipping after the 1st item.

Get rid of check hold-- you either want it or you don't. Check hold is an abuse of the system and prevents people from getting the items.

"I'll wait till reviews are given before I release from check hold"

"I'm not sure of the sizing so I'll try on one size and if it fits, release the other item from check hold".

You get the picture...

I would IMMEDIATELY totally revamp the web presence and ensure it functions properly and all the latest security guidelines are implemented. I would keep the web design and management IN-HOUSE rather than contracted. Make sure the person in-charge of all the automation is in fact themselves and automation expert so that they know what they are seeing and reviewing and approving and not just buying what a subcontractor is selling and telling me.

I would review all the current product lines and the percentage of returns based on quality failures. I would set a required quality improvement goal to be achieved by a specific date. If the quality does not meet the goal, then the line is discontinued.

as far as "mature women " fashions, I've never bought anything but 2 of JR clothing-----I'm old but I really dislike boring clothes---I don't even own ANYTHING that could be called "mature"---I love fun and want to dress fun---it would be nice to have quality children's clothes not the junky plastic toys that s*ck the creativity from kids' minds

More Free S&H. It's psychological..........almost everyone loves that feature! And also lowering the price, even if it's only a few dollars, along with the Free S&H.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
