My chihuahua can barely resist toilet paper.  I use TP for other things, like cleaning up around the sink after brushing my teeth or putting on makeup.

She likes to get any little piece she can grab onto out of the wastebasket, and tear it up.  She did that again just last night.  Small bits of toilet paper on the bathroom floor for me to pick up. 

I told my son there should be no fear of being bored if we have to stay home.  Daisy is never bored and can always find something fun to do, like tearing up toilet paper.

That's why you install with the paper going under the roll instead of over it.  The person who applied for the patent obviously didn't have cats.

Maybe kitty is just trying to collect some TP to hoard,  Maybe plans to sell to buy a big stock of kitty treats.
