Remember back 6-8 weeks ago we were having problems with this website jumping around? I think it was people using Internet Explorer 9, which I do. Anyway, I figured it out. Go to tools on your Menu Bar. If your menu bar does not show up, click F10. Turn off Compatibility View. When you turn it off, you will not have a check in front of it. Then, under Compatibility View Settings, uncheck "Include updated website lists from Microsoft." Click close. Then your QVC site should no longer be jumping around. Works for me!
