Re: Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Starbucks

Just for giggles I looked up the points in my WW app.

The tall size with 2% milk is 21 points, 19 with nonfat milk.

For reference my daily points count is 23.

@PilatesLover

Earlier today I looked up an article about how to make Starbucks drinks lower calorie.

Good Housekeepimg

"

20 Healthiest Starbucks Drinks and How to Order Them"

I think I will try some of their suggestions.

I keep my refrigerator stocked with Starbucks Blonde coffee. If they are not already out, soon Coffee-Mate will have pumpkin spice and peppermint mocha sugar-free creamers. Sometimes I buy whipped cream and sprinkle it with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. I don't feel left out and I'm spending a whole lot less money☺️ the nearest Starbucks is 25 miles and their coffee is too strong for me ( in the store). Off to see if my Walmart has the holiday flavors yet.

Today I bought the zero sugar pumpkin pie spice International Coffees brand.  It was on sale and I had a $1 coupon, so I almost bought two!  Coffeemate and others are also on the shelves.

Your ideas for coffe sound so yummy!

Please report back if WM has holiday flavors!

I am so not familiar with Starbucks blonde coffee!
Is that a type that is in the bottle and can be found at my grocery store? xx

Thought so😔

For several reasons, my plan is to only drink a couple of sips per day...

for a treat!

One: I have sensitivity trouble with various foods...coffee used to be my "desert" in my 20's

and I miss it!
Two: I ask myself...do I really need these calories?

I must admit, rather enviously, as I read Reddit, etc, it seems like "the in crowd" (the 20's and 30's) working crowd, all must go to SB every day (?) for their daily pick-me-up! I'm just trying to be

REVELANT! lol

I would love to know what "nutmeggy" flavoring was sprinkled on top of my sample yesterday?

mmmm good!

Another suggestion to cut calories was to ask for a "drizzle" instead of syrup? This sounds like a great idea...

I have to say that the only drink I have ever indulged in was a Caramel Frappuccino. Now wondering if a drizzle could be substituted here instead of something higher calorie too.

Also, the "cold foam" has fewer calories than whipped cream.
