Ibotta  will not give cash back for a Q  purchase if used with easy pay.

Rakuten will only give cash back if used with easy pay.

So many rules! But I am cheap, I mean thrifty🤣

I don't use easy pay and get cash back from rakuten. It doesn't exclude full purchases under their TOS.

I never use easy pay and Rakuten pays me.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I have made many purchases in the past with and without using easy-pay and received cash back. It states on Rakutens site how that works when using easy payments. You will get cash back based on total amount when using easy payments and only the first purchase using auto-delivery.

The Rakuten policy does not say it only applies to Easy Pay, it says that you get the cash back percentage for the full cost of them item at the time of purchase. That means that if you have a $300 purchase with 6 Easy Pays of $20, Rakuten will give you the percent cash back on $300 when the transactions goes through. They will not give you cash back for only $50 or give you cash back on $50 for 6 months.
